U.S. Army Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) System

Empowering Soldier PerformanceThrough Holistic Health & Fitness
The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System represents the US Army's premier initiative to enhance soldier readiness, optimize physical and non-physical performance, significantly reduce injury rates, and streamline rehabilitation post-injury. This comprehensive system is designed to bolster the overall effectiveness of the Total Army by empowering and equipping soldiers to take command of their health, fitness, and well-being.

H2FIT Performance Teams

As a pivotal component of the H2F Human Performance Team (HPT), you'll be at the heart of a cultural revolution within the Army, focusing on a holistic approach to soldier performance that encompasses physical prowess and mental resilience. Your role is critical in developing, implementing, and managing strength and conditioning programs to amplify physical performance and minimize musculoskeletal injuries. Your position on the team demands a unique amalgamation of expertise to enhance individual and team performance across Brigade (BDE), Battalion (B.N.), and Company levels.

Serco has exciting opportunities for candidates with varying experience and expertise to significantly impact soldier readiness and operational effectiveness.

The SCCs and CPSs work as part of the H2F Performance Team to develop a comprehensive, periodized education and services program. This program is integrated and synchronized with the Brigade (BDE) and Battalion (B.N.) training calendars. Success is determined by the ability of the Brigade to perform its combat mission.
