"Serco’s STEP Internship Program provided me hands-on experience with manufacturing engineering processes and served as a solid foundation for a full-time opportunity and allowed me to grow my skills and become more confident as a young professional in the workplace at Serco."
Lauren Melendez
Former Engineering Intern
"Working on the NOMARS program at Serco has been the most challenging work I've done, but it's also the most rewarding. Serco provides opportunity for career growth and a real chance for my achievements to be recognized. Coordinating among our various vendors, partners, and other team members every day can be chaotic, and as someone who thrives on putting order to that chaos, it's deeply gratifying."
Tessa Elliot
Program Manager, Arlington VA (NOMARS)
"As a firefighter, I enjoy working at Serco because my fire department platoon makes me feel appreciated and my contributions matter every day. We practice moving forward on a daily basis and the result is a healthy, successful platoon working environment.
Kelcie Winters
Firefighter, Goose Bay, NL
"Supporting the US departure from Afghanistan was a difficult mission for all team members involved. Fortunately, making every effort to support our courageous team and their families back home by staying in contact, understanding their needs and keeping spirits up, was on the Serco leadrship agenda every day. In all my years serving in and providing support for the military, I have never seen this level of corporate concern for forward deployed personnel. It's amazing what people can accomplish in response to genuine care and recognition."
James Patton
Program Manager supporting Defense Programs
