SercoVets Resource Group
Our SercoVets Resource Group provides a forum for our veterans, military spouses and allies to find a sense of community and camaraderie among their peers to connect, network and grow as professionals. Providing a pathway to success with SkillBridge

We proudly partner with the DOD SkillBridge program to provide opportunities for transitioning United States service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits, while Serco provides the training and work experience.
A sense of mutual respect and mindfulness permeates our culture-in fact, it’s the key to our success.
With over 22% of Serco's workforce being members of the military community, we have pledged to continue growing our employee base with transitioning military members, veterans and their spouses. Open positions at Serco range from Information Technology, to Business Management and Administration, to Transportation and Logistics, along with many other high-growth career pathways.

The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners - like Serco - in real-world job experiences.

For Service members SkillBridge provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas.  Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits, while Serco provides the training and work experience.
