Medical plan options

Cigna covers 100% of preventative care and prescription medication for the majority of US-based employees. Medavie Blue Cross provides coverage for employees based in Canada.

Dental and vision plan options

Administered by United Concordia and Vision Service Plan (VSP), both of which allow you to choose either in-network or out-of-network providers for US-based employees. Medavie Blue Cross provides Dental and Vision reimbursement coverage for employees in Canada.

Health savings accounts or health reimbursement accounts

Available to US employees, includes annual company contributions up to a specific amount.

Flexible spending accounts

Available to US employees, set aside funds on a pre-tax basis to use during the year for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.
